Have the EFL/points deduction committee yet sent us a copy of the reasons for its/their findings and decision. If not, why not. Surely this information would normally be sent to the Club BEFORE the decision was made public.

Having made a decision, surely they would have formulated a file of findings, which could be scanned/copied and sent straight out to the Club - or is the delay deliberate?

If not Why are these organisations so inefficient?

Has anyone got an update?

I wonder if we will ever see the written reasons. They don’t have to be published.

EFL Regulations Appendix 2:

20.2 Decisions of

(a) a Disciplinary Commission; and/or

(b) the League Arbitration Panel in proceedings conducted pursuant to Regulations 95.2.1 to 95.2.3 inclusive and Regulation 95.2.5 (where The League is a party, but not otherwise),

shall, unless otherwise agreed between the parties, be published (subject to appropriate redaction to protect third party confidentiality).

Am sure both EFL and ourselves both have the written reasoning by noe

The longer we leave it before appealing the less chance of other clubs jumping in to appeal if we get a reduction in points deducted...win win for the EFL

Wow... not content with selling the stadium at incredible £80 million but now they're taking out a loan, and EFL is not batting an eye??

Like I said earlier, football is as bent as a butchers hook.

The championship is about as level playing field as concord park.

Does a loan break the rules? Bit odd they can secure it against something they don't own I suppose!

So is it loan to Morris or derby fc

Derby (leaseholder) and 7 other companies including the company that purchased the stadium Gellaw 202 (freeholder). The lender would want both so that if there is a default they can get hold of both the leasehold and freehold. If it were just the freeholder Geelaw then they can default but the lender cannot stop Derby the leaseholder enjoying the property so long as they keep paying the rent.
