If not, why not. Surely this information would normally be sent to the Club BEFORE the decision was made public. Having made a decision, surely they would have formulated a file of findings, which could be scanned/copied and sent straight out to the Club - or is the delay deliberate? If not Why are these organisations so inefficient? Has anyone got an update? I wonder if we will ever see the written reasons. They don’t have to be published. daveyboy66
I think the EFL AGM is tomorrow so...we'd should get the written explanation some time Friday and then have two weeks to appeal...watch this space
striker
Derby just taken out a £30m loan, wonder if we won't be the only ones starting on minus points?

N0rtherner
As pointed out in posts above here. https://www.bbc.com/sport/football/53751251 Wow... not content with selling the stadium at incredible £80 million but now they're taking out a loan, and EFL is not batting an eye?? Like I said earlier, football is as bent as a butchers hook. The championship is about as level playing field as concord park.

Does a loan break the rules? Bit odd they can secure it against something they don't own I suppose!

It's a balance sheet thing. A debit and a credit.
kobayashi
It is a loan not income so has no bearing on P&S and is irrelevant to Wednesday since the owner is cash rich, remember.

The lender would want both so that if there is a default they can get hold of both the leasehold and freehold. If it were just the freeholder Geelaw then they can default but the lender cannot stop Derby the leaseholder enjoying the property so long as they keep paying the rent.
