In our first season we always sat back and tried to hit teams on the counter. We were not an attacking side but we countered effectively because teams were happy to be on the front foot against us. The idea that he turned negative in his second season never stacked up. The tactics were exactly the same as season one. They were just less effective because teams were less inclined to come at us but would also sit back making our counter attacking tactics ineffective.
