It's not going to happen. it’s ridiculous we have to keep waiting and can’t get signings done because we don’t know what league we will be in while other teams will be able to make signings and plan for next season. Consider bringing in Danny Cowley early doors, along with his full coaching staff while still on the market. -Imo he's a perfect fit for a complete rebuild on a limited budget, League One experience. If we stay up, tie down Iofa to a longer contract and make Bannan captain. Listen to offers for all other senior players. Cut all ties with dodgy foreign recruitment companies and agents. oneeyedmilkman Posted July 22, 2020 Share Posted July 22, 2020 If you keep monk, you recruit your paixao back hander signings and we lose the first game of the season, then we're back to where we are now and you then have to appoint a manager who has to work with someone elses players. Today has to be the start of something: an older head to steady the ship and get the team doing the basics, or a manager/head coach with a specific style of playing and the authority to recruit players for said system. No one wants to see us get beat, but it's more palatable when you can see it's the teething problems of something rather than what we're being served now.
