Owl Be Back Posted July 22, 2020 Share Posted July 22, 2020 A points deduction next season just delays the inevitable in my opinion. We'll be in L1 either this coming season or the one after considering the setup, limitation than the owner has brought on the club regarding spending, and the poor coaching and scouting network. If we're going to get a deduction then I'd want it this season and if it takes us down then we can rebuild in the lower league without a deduction and attract a new crop of players. So no, a 21 points deduction and we might as well just not bother recruiting anyone for next season, except the inevitable and try to bring on some youngsters and get ready for league one...
