Popular Post Beholder
Is this his last day at the club? Looks like it. Have to say I'll be gutted to see him leave, defo my favourite player since the 90s. Thoughts and memories of KL 5? 8

swfcjack27
Brilliant player, always arrived in the box at just the right time to tuck one in the bottom corner. Extremely clever, underrated by many. Hip injuries are absolute killers and it’s a shame he’s never been the same. Class act
Andrew_Owl
Hope he stays, I still think he has things to offer and isn't a high earner from what I've heard.
matthefish2002
A good player, always seemed to have the extra 1/2 second time that you cant coach. Sadly for whatever reason these last 2-3 years not been fit enough often enough for us. Sad to see him go but time to move him on.

oldishowl
A unique player. I have never seen anybody else play who has similar attributes to Lee.
DobbinTheDonkey
His ability to find space any where on the pitch is a skill not many footballers have, especially at this level.
Inspector Lestrade
Cracking player never one for the limelight but could always be relied on to do a job. Shame he got the bad injury.
WalthamOwl
Unfortunately I think it has to be his last game for us. Very good player when fit but that just isn’t anywhere near enough nowadays. Wish him all the best, he’s been a great servant for the club

Guest
Absolute quality player The first playoff season you'd struggle to find a better midfielder in the league Injuries probably stopped him from playing in the Premier league And to think dave Jones played him in defence
agentwalker
One of the good ones in the game who's clearly not after the big pay day and just wants to play. All the best Lee, you'll get another club no problems
442
Absolute baller. Up there with Buxton as my all time favourite. Absolute maestro when fit. Never forget.
Groundhopping Owl
His performance against Leeds in the 6-0, pure brilliance for the whole 90 minutes. It’s probably a bit heart over head, but I can’t help but hope he stays for another year. If we could get 25 games next year where he knits the midfield together in that way none of our other players can then I’d say it‘d be worth it. If you are hoping for 25 games at best for a player then sorry you have to move him on. I think a big reason Monk didn't see eye to eye with Hutchinson and Westwood is there unreliable fitness records.
