A combination of players, manager and chairman for me. Many of the players are as weak as they come, we have a manager who had completely failed to get a grip on things, but mostly the chairman is guilty of letting the whole thing drift aimlessly all season

You've mentioned this a couple of times now and I've tried to do you the courtesy of a private message but you don't accept them

Are you Andy Hobson?

Anybody blaming the manager is just daft. The chairman is utterly useless and has made this mess himself. The fact five years on he is still utterly useless, still deluded and still thinks he knows best speaks volumes for the kind of fool he is

No need for the gas lighting. People doubting monk aren't daft. There is plenty of supportive evidence to doubt monk (& most do).

For me his poor results record, his prior history of fall outs, & his inability to heal/manage the FF/Westwood/hutch rift (which Bruce was doing).

Nothing daft about it

Monk deserves some blame of course for us not having a stronger season but the majority of the blame lies fully at the door of DC. However If we end up being relegated by a point deduction DC deserves 100% of the blame. Monk would have kept us up under normal circumstances, yes not a great achievement, but without a point deduction we wouldn’t be worrying about going down to league one.

Players need to be on the poll. They're the ones that cross the white line then fail to do their jobs. They're the ones that give away 2 penalties in a game. They're the ones that miss sitters. They're the ones that don't put in maximum effort. The manager and chairman can only do so much. The players are to blame in my opinion.

What about the dirty blade who shat in the centre circle

Give over, it hit the target, a rarity seen at Hillsborough this year.

Steve Bruce is the answer

walked out and took our coaches days before start of the season. We went into a season with an estate agent in charge of the team.

we have been fighting an uphill battle ever since.

suddenly the sale of the ground at an inflated price starts to make sense - quick - ring the EFL!

Chansiri has failed us...

Backdated to his initial mistakes of running the club financially.

Hopefully mistakes he can learn from and move forward.

We seem to have cleared the wage bill a bit, haven't spent any substantial money for a while on a player.

Hopefully theres light at the end of the tunnel.

BUT

Monk has to go, this job is a total rebuild of the club, the squad needs huge work, we have to improve...

Under monk we haven't had many positives at all...

We seem to have gone backwards.

Is there any other manager out there willing to take the job.

Probably no one that's up to it thats for sure.

But I'd rather roll the dice again than stick with a proven failure.

Monk has done a bad job with a sh*t hand

Chansiri has done a bad job with a Royal Flush (or whatever a good hand in poker is called).

Im hoping Chansiri will leave more than Monk does, but both to go would be ideal

Steve Bruce

I must admit that was my initial thought but the problems for this season run much deeper and for that reason the buck stops with Chansiri.

May be Bruce couldn't wait to go to Newcastle but may be also he was thinking he had dodged a bullet and would have eventually suffered the same team issues as Monk.

I am not sure how many managers we are going to go through before some fans realise that if Klopp came and managed us we would still end up having a poor season.

I really wish I could say that if we escape relegation that next season will be better but as things stand I can't. If Monk goes early on we will be in the same position, getting in another manager and setting them up for failure.
