Obviously dislike Leeds, and the thought of the pigs and theM playing each other in the PL makes me what to be sick.

However, Biesla is an unreal manager. Will be fascinating to see how he does in the PL - hopefully not at Elland road and at another club mind as I reckon Leeds will do well next year.

A great achievement to get promotion out of the Championship which is lottery but shows what a good coach he is. He highlighted what was required, got the players in, coached them and got the rewards for the hard work. He will do well in the Premier League and Leeds will do well to keep him. It goes to show that if your football club has strong leadership from top to bottom and everyone works together you can achieve great things.

I find it cringe worthy when Wednesdayites hate Leeds.

Leeds fans don't give a poo about Wednesday.

And man u dont give a bòlok about leeds.

I hate them with a passion.

I feel a bit of kinship with the lot.  Tossed about by chancer ownership and dodgy schemes over recent history.  Gives me some hope that we can overcome it as long as DC gets tossed out on his arse.

Some similarities no doubt.

Reading about their plans following promotion this morning. They have quality professionals in key positions behind the scenes, we have DC doing everything bar washing the kits. I live in hope but nothing changes for us unless DC either does one as you say or at the very least employs the right people behind the scenes and allows them to do their jobs.

Just reading they have been granted Cat 1 status for their academy as well.

Not sure that's good news for either Sheffield club, when its less than an hour up the road to Thorpe Arch.

His attention to detail is quite amazing. Producing pages and pages about Leeds players and other players in the champiuonship. It seems aas if they were being interviewed for him rather than the other way around.

Leaving the Leeds thing to one side, what striked me listening is the way a clear structure is in place at the club even before he came.CEO, director of operations, etc etc. You can look at any club who has had success, and even those who may not have gained promotion to the top flight all have a structure in place. Now I genuinely don't know if we have one or not. All I know is that people have come and gone in a rather short period of time. Some with absolutely no statement from them or the club as to why they left. The transfer committe came and went. The CEO from one of the most successful clubs in Turkey, gone, Katrina Mayer (sp) came, gone. Why????

If we are to get it right on the field it has to be right off the field.
