Why was Carlos sacked?

He was playing Westwood, Hutchinson, Forestieri and the rest...?

I don't  know what that means

We're a mid-table Championship team with a threadbare squad, awaiting the outcome of a hearing which could relegate us to a division that may not even be playing next season and could be in financial trouble again soon (depending on the next accounts and whether any changes are made to regulations due to the interruption of the season).

Which multi title winning managers do you reckon will be queuing down Penistone Road for that job?

Aye, just difficult to find any enthusiasm to be honest after the second half of this season, when it's been as abysmal or dire like that for the majority of the past 20 years or so. Apart from a few seasons, consisting of a couple of play off failures and a couple of promotions to the second tier. Hopefully we'll get it right on and off the pitch one day.

Seriously - what's the point?

You've made your mind up. You're not listening. You won't listen

I'm open to be proved wrong. Go for it

Tell me why we should keep Monk

He has to be given the opportunity to do the job with his players and his coaching staff.

I mean he’s been working with highly paid players who are happy picking up there wages for little output.

Let him bring his own people in and judge him then

Threadbare squad because he's fallen out with them/ refused to play them/ slate them publicly because his dour tactics failed again.

His poor man management is to blame

tha making up again ......who's he fallen out with ?.............name me one player he's slated in public ........his tactics are that dour we are the highest scoring away team in the division . ......i cant comment on his man management as ive never worked for him ....

With Chansiri staying on I’d keep Monk in charge as we need some stability, particularly after last summer’s fiasco and the quick turnaround before the next season starting.  At least it sounds like Monk will oversee young players being brought in which is the correct approach.

A bit like under Chris Turner, if it doesn’t work out we can easily replace the manager.  But bringing in the right young players is the most important thing

There are better managers around that would take us on once the EFL make a decision on us. Paul Cook for one, more success in the game than Monk, hasn't managed at the top level but Monk only got the Swansea job becuase he was in the right place at the right time, he didn't have any real credentials for it.

Also getting a better tune out of a limited squad than Monk is despite what is going on above him. We are led to believe Monk is turning things around and we should jump on the 'positive vibes' that are being projected since the return - we have picked up 7 points from 6 games - the only real positive about that is that is better than the rubbish we served up in the 3 previous months of football.

Monk deserves to be able to bring his own staff in and bring in his own players. Massive rebuild coming up for him. Let’s see what he can do.

Wasn't Monks main member of his own staff Clotet, who he had a major falling out with?

Major gaslighting on here with regards to Monks bizarre short record as a manager.

So is he great or crap? Is he both or neither? Things are much more complicated than assigning everything a single value of '0' or '1'.

That's for binary thinkers

Like our goals scored in the last 12 home matches,

1  1  0  0  0  0  1  1  1  0  1  0

There are 10 kinds of people in the world, those that understand the binary numerical system and those that don't.
