Lee Bullen

Guylian Ndumbu-Nsungu

Yoann Folly

Frank Simek

Sean Mccalister, managed to finish 12th (I think), in the Championship, and do the double over United, with him and James O'Connor starting centre midfield nearly every game, was the Championship a lot worse then or Brian Laws a secret genius?

Richard Hinds

Chris Maguire

Michael Hector

Barry Bannan

Claude Dielna

Reda Johnson

Miguel Llera

Chris Lines

Luke Varney

Iain Turner

Graeme Lee

Paul Heckingbottom

Patrick Collins

Paul Mcclaren

Michele Di Piedi

Michael Reddy

Owen Morrison

Petter Rudi

For a lot of them the fact that their best spell was here doesn't reflect that positively on their careers

The squad megson built had a few who peaked here.

Reda

Lines

Llera

Lowe

Mellor

Others like

McGovern

MacLean

Folly

Simek

Buxton

I'd argue we got the best we could from Wallace, Hunt, and Lees over the years too

This, he was the Messi of the Championship that year

Its amazing that his one magic year is when we played attacking football, attacking players of his ilk don't tend to be as good when you are playing off the back foot all the time.

I wish it was that simple. Sometimes we should have been more positive but I think mainly we just really struggled to adapt to teams who changed the way they played against us.

Nah not having that.  Had a good first season here of course, just like he did at Watford.  But what about the other 4 years at SWFC?

Too often unavailable, injured, suspended, or benched.  More baggage than Heathrow.

I think you've misunderstood chief, nobody is saying Forestieri was at his best throughout his whole time here. But that first season was easily the best of his career so far and I doubt he'll get anywhere near that return again.

A few facts to pop into one's pipe. His first two seasons at S6 were easily the most he's played and the most he's scored.

He now looks like a player on the decline and on the wrong side of 30.

Watford

12/13 - 32 games - 8 goals

13/14 - 32 games - 8 goals

14/15 - 26 games - 5 goals

SWFC

15/16 - 40 games - 15 goals

16/17 - 38 games -12 goals

17/18 - 11 games - 5 goals

18/19 - 27 games - 6 goals

19/20 - 19 games - 2 goals
