Yes he has to get the best out of the players and isn't doing a good enough job a the moment, but this season's failure doesn't lie at his door, it goes deeper than that. We look resigned to an impending doom at the moment. Decks need clearing, and a restart needed next year and at the moment that looks like it'll be League One, either by the final table result or at the hands of the FA. But the way the team set up today, there was no invention, we moved the ball so slowly. No plan. No ideas. We've scored less than a goal a game all season, and our players just give away stupid foul after stupid foul in and around our box. I did a poll earlier in the season, he was voted out 3-1 and that's all you can do. For what it's worth I do believe he will sell up once the EFL hearing reaches its conclusion.
