TheGaffer
Has anyone been contacted from the club yet re the ticket rebate? Just curious as to whether or not they are processing them already on waiting for the rebate period to end before doing so. Rev Owl
Just done mine. Reasonably straightforward although looks like you are buying something for £0.00 at various points and doesn't tell you how much you are going to get.

Nero
The email I received said that someone will contact me within 60 days of the end of the refund period. That would mean towards the end of September at the latest. Might be a long time for some people. No word on options for next seasons ST yet I suppose.
GLOwl
Anyone know if you can get a refund on the Brizzle away game?
Otley Owl
I've emailed the ticket office as we have half season tickets. It only gives the valuations for full season tickets. Not expecting a quick response, not even sure if there are any staff working to reply! Anyone else in the same boat, ie half season tickets ? You bought half season tickets? I feel for you. At least those of us with full tickets saw us doing ok before Christmas. If you only had a half, all you’ve seen is us being hopeless and then the last 5 games being cancelled for fans.

Posted this before: Posted June 16 In perhaps my most ill-fated purchase ever, I bought half season tickets on the kop for myself, my daughter and her friend. 0-1 Hull 0-5 Blackburn 0-0 Millwall 0-3 Reading 1-0 Charlton (missed this one) 1-3 Derby So the games we saw, W0, D1, L4, F1, A12. Sorry all for my purchase in the first place, and jinxing the season... Worked out refund as 1 adult half ticket £275, divided by 11 games = £25 per game, x5 =£125 refund due. 2x u11's tickets, £50 each, ÷11 games = £4.55 per game. £22.75 refund due for each ticket. Not seen any other half season ticket posters, just wondered how it will work. Even if we get the refund as I've worked it, I've paid £200 for 5 games (genuinely missed the Charlton game, not adding that in for comedy value), d1, L4, 1 goal witnessed with the game lost! I've emailed ticketenquiries@swfc.co.uk i'll try Lombardo's email address suggestion i.e. resetpassword@swfc.co.uk I reset the password a couple of weeks ago, but they'll have it on record - no rush, don't know if we can go next season yet! Some years I think I've paid for grandkids, others paid son to do. So bit unsure. There are their names 'to be allocated to' on the 'basket'. But only applying for my refund and want in my account
