Young players coming through have a long way to go

GM on youngsters: "There is a lot of work to be done with them. They are not quite at the level that we need. We think a lot of them and I enjoy working with them but they have got a long way to go."

 

GM: That youth and hunger and determination is key. That's a work in progress but I've been impressed with them. You can see that development and they can keep improving. They've got that attitude.

 

GM on Alex Hunt: He's getting closer to first start. He's further down the line than the others. From first coming in and seeing how he's grown as a footballer and a person, he holds his own.

 

GM on Alex Hunt: He's a big part of the future. If I can start him I will start him, but I pick the team that is the best to win the game. You know what I think of Alex, it's exciting.
