So with us struggling at left back ,LCB which ever now fox has gone and Odubajo's garbage. Can Penny now play for us again this season now the German league has finished ???

I'm sure I read somewhere that the rules had been changed to accommodate players returning from a completed loan. Not sure where I read it or if it applies to Twopence but there was something..

Didn’t strike me as a full-back, let alone a CB.

Plays on left. Its a start and an improvement on Odubajo SURLY

There were established conditions. 
 

Main one I remember is something on the lines of if you can’t complete a team sheet without them they can be eligible...

The most pertinent condition was that loan players were only eligible for their parent club if where they had been had not completed their league season. Both Penney and Van Aken are therefore not able to play for us until next season.

It could have been another option. He has shown promise from what I've seen of him and obviously the club think so too with offering him another contract.
