No-one really wants to be involved in a team like that anyway! Says it all, really. A senior pro quite happy to take the money for not playing, rather than busting a gut to break back into the team and wrestle our form back on track. And thinking nothing of saying as much in a radio interview. He refers to his favourite time at the club being when he first joined when there was “men” in the dressing room. He refers to Prutton. Prutton left the club in the summer of 2014 a whole 6 months before DC took over and made Bus one of his first signings in January 2015. It’s clear he is talking about the time he first started at the club and hinting that the atmosphere prior to the influx of money was better. That’s what I’m getting from reading between the lines.
