theowlsman
Let me know when he’s on his way. I’ll organise a welcome party.
Guest Ronson
Wildsmith and Dawson both turn 25 this year, we can't keep putting a more experienced pro in front of them. They're numbers one and two now and they both have to step up and succeed which they are in the process of doing and we'll just have to live with the odd mistake they make along the way but I get a sense of satisfaction that they're working with Weaver and will go from strength to strength. WalthamOwl
Depending how Wildsmith performs for the rest of the season I wouldn’t mind him as number one next season. Personally don’t think Dawson is up to it. Potentially we need a new number one but wages for Hart would be way to much.
SettleForADraw
Old? Past it? Massive wages? Of course, why not 1

FFS!, haven't we learned nothing over the past years?. Well he doesn't that's why we wont go for him. Is he better than what we currently have? Yes! Would he be worth it? No Should Wildsmith be number 1 for the rest of this season and next? Yes!

I'm happy enough with Wildsmith and Dawson plus we've got Jones signed up again though I don't think I've seen him play yet. Aye can you imagine the laughs if him and Leigh Griffiths were on free kick practice?

adelphi1867
We have 2 good Goal; keepers, both are capable, with time to improve. Yes, Dawson made a few clangers, as will Wildsmith over the seasons, but people forget the times Dawson has kept us in games this season, also don't forget that Dawson got his chance after Westwood became a liability earlier this season. Goalkeeper is not a position we need to strengthen in the summer.
Snowyowl61
Has made a lot of mistakes in recent times. Our current keepers are better.

DobbinTheDonkey
Hart is a spiller, always has been but when he was younger his recovery skills got him out of the sticky situations. Has he has got older and his reflexes waned it was apparent he had poor handling skills. Also he is crap at any shot hit low down to his left. If the wages were sensible would you take him here? He would be an ideal role model for our younger keepers and has operated at the highest level of both the domestic and international game. If the package was agreeable I would take him at the drop of a hat. No thanks.

He seemed a bit desperate on the TV... he basically said “ I’ll go anywhere that will show some faith in me” It’s quite a change from his days at City when he was almost unbeatable, England’s No.1 and all the pundits were raving about him.
