yeadonowl
I've just spoken with the club about the problem I was having If anyone else is getting the same error message "Quantity of tickets exceeds limit set by SWFC" then drop an email to resetpassword@swfc.co.uk and explain the situation. Been told its any easy reset process for them Apparently it is known bug that is happening for a selection of users

I was going to donate the value of my grandsons pro-rata refund (which would have been quite small), but instead it only allows me to choose for him options 5- 8 32 minutes ago, Grandad said: You can donate it to me if you want? I'm in the same position as @pahowl regarding grandson's refund. However I'm quite prepared to donate it to you, @Grandad, just PM me your bank details and I'll do the rest. royalowlisback
Not very easy to follow, had to reset password for our lasses S/T a few times before it worked, mine wasn't too bad. 60 day wait, excellent.

HarryPlopper
If you get excess message, add as many to the initial quantity as you bought tickets for, use the assign button and assign all with names, then manually remove the ones you don't need. It's a glich and that's how I got it to work after initially having the same problem of it telling me my son had reached limit. The important bit is to have your ID number for the right person on the next step.

vulva
Just wonder if the time delay helps with FFP, as the refunds edge into next season and some of the overall cost straddles 2 reporting years.

We can spend what we want for 12 months can't we, as it works for the powers that be. Then we have to stop spending again. Seems fair.
