Monk isn't the idiot he was made out to be. Kept the same line up. Training ground routines working to perfection. Knows a set up / formation that works. Nuhui SHOULD be given a new contract. His hold up play when he came on was excellent and desperately needed when we were a bit under the cosh in the last 5 mins. No need or reason to judge him as a 'main' starter. He is an excellent member of the squad to be used in certain sitautions. Pelupessy should be judged by what he is, again, a squad player, not on fortunes, did an adequate job & shouldn't be judged against ex Chelsea players who longer figure on 4 times the wages. Fox will NOT be easy to replace as touted yesterday on here. Looked nothing like a player who is on his way out. Showed total commitment when he came on, didn't put a foot (or pass) wrong & showed his character in how he approached the situation. Hope it can be resolved at the 11th hour. Da Cruz, another one slated, looked very capable & unlucky to not get one. Shows good promise. A real feel good performance. Their goal result of a blatant foul on Iorfa, Rhodes getting same treatment all afternoon from Ashley Williams (ignored by the ref) but made space for others. Enjoy your afternoon chaps.
