Bez
League One is my favourite division. Most of my best Wednesday memories come from the seasons we spend down there. Away to Yeovil. Playing D&R. Kuqi flop against Swindon on opening day. Cardiff. MacLean. Rochdale & Bury away ends. If we were to be deducted points and go down, I won't be too sad because it's such a good division. What are your best memories from League 1? 1

And realistically, a much easier division to undertake a complete rebuild

Guest Therealrealist
The best away days like notts county and walsall are sadly no longer in that division
Beighton Owl 87
It would be much tougher down there nowadays with Sunderland, Ipswich, Portsmouth etc.

Rev Owl
I enjoy watching Wednesday when they are winning and not so much when they are losing. Within reason I don't much mind which division we are in having seen us play in all three. I started taking my son when we were in League one and his first season was our promotion under Sturrock. Perhaps specifically, seeing Kenwyne Jones scoring lots of goals in a short space of time would rank up there. If we are relegated with points deduction, there is a real chance we may not play any games at all next season.

steelcityowlsfan
For what it’s worth League One is awful and an embarrassing division to be for clubs the size of us. If we were top of the league and 20 points clear I wouldn’t enjoy it. I only enjoyed it last time because of the rivalry with the pigs. 2
