Fox=Rangers

Possibly, it would be a different kind of move but he only has his next move as a chance of making it.

If he chose a champ side with a chance of going up, that would be better than Rangers in my mind.

Did we tell them that we didn't want them beyond this season?

And yes, I would. So I must be even more stupiderer than you think.

🙃

If they offer a contract for the next month and haven't already had negotiations prior to this it would certainly suggest we didn't plan on keeping them beyond the end of the season.

It's easy to say you would sat here, playing the clever rounduns.  But you wouldn't.  I genuinely don't believe there will be any players who've got moves lined up taking the extra month, just for the love of it.

Just not bothered...

It will be interesting to see who signs them. As people have said Fox will get a decent club but the others will struggle unless they are willing to take a huge pay cut and I mean huge, no one will pay the wages we paid for an injury prone 30 something player or for a player whose best days were long gone.

And yes I would, despite you knowing me and knowing i wouldn't...class 😆

Like someone has just reminded me. The club paid Fletcher a fortune whilst he was injured. And paid FF a fortune when they stood by him during his court case. The club has asked them to play on for 3 weeks (presume on the same terms) to keep us in the league.

Is that really too much to ask?

I don't think stopping paying an injured footballer is allowed

Forestieri.

Refused to play for the club. Gets new contract.
In court. Club and fans stand by him.
Injured. Full pay.

Refuses to play on for 3 weeks.

£25k a week.

Gets standing ovation when he comes back.

Welcome to football in 2029.

Why are you so emotional about this?

What are you like when you face a real life problem 😂

So what does the squad for the weekend/rest of the season look like now:

Dawson

Wildsmith

Jones

Palmer

Odubajo

Lees

Borner

Iorfa

Urhoghide

Lee

Harris

Pelupessy

Bannan

Murphy?

Reach

Luongo

Da Cruz

Hunt

Windass?

Rhodes

Wickham?

Nuhiu

That's absolutely terrifying when you think how close to the bottom 3 we are and ANY points deduction coming.

If these players cant even commit to helping the squad, club and fans out over the next 8 games after being paid for doing nothing for their (extortionate) wages over the last few months then F them.

I know there is little honour in foot all these days but it shows a distinct lack of class from them all imho.

Interesting times ahead.

This is why all that kissing the badge doesn't fool me.  It really isn't too much to ask is it, to give your all for another few games to the working class fans who have paid your incredible wages.

Time is definitely moving quickly in lockdown but I didn’t realise it had been 9 years...
