Ours were misconduct, which I am led to believe was a worse charge. However as I posted about 8 billion posts ago. Our accounts were audited and signed off. It's only when pissypants Gibson moaned and Harvey had left. The EFL under Parry charged us and those in charge of us. Which were subsequently dropped so it gives me confidence all will be good. My main point was. If for instance both us and Derby receive a minus 12 points for the current season. We get punished, they would in effect not be. Therefore hypothetically if both were to receive a points deduction it would have to be for next season, hence the delay so others don't kick up a fuss.
