Legal, possibly yes.

Against EFL rules, more than likely

Good job you're not on the panel, could have had this thread wrapped up 500 pages ago!

Big time

No Championship player is gonna say 'yeah I will come. I dont' mind if you get relegated n that'

Just not gonna happen

Also - any players being hunted by clubs aren't gonna say 'I'll hang on a bit and see if Wednesday get relegated before deciding whether to choose you or them' and risk losing a move to a club

agree in principal but haven't we just sign a good prospect from the premier league?

i suspect we are gambling on signing a player because our QC feels confident he did a job on the efl  and that's what is taking the time

That's like being proud of your son for shagging a donkey, because at least he wore a condom when doing it

Starting to wonder if they’ve just forgotten about us.

Like when you order food in a restaurant and they forget your order, and you face this awkward moment of deciding whether to ask about it or just slip out quietly because you’ve changed your mind anyway

We don't have anything to worry about with the latest accounts. The stadium sale has put paid to that.

Clever...putting the sale on the year before and this year's accounts...double bubble. Will it be on next year's accounts as well...

You are clearly ignorant of the logistical challenges and personal danger involved in shagging a donkey. Anyone who pulls it off is to be respected.

Only when Mrs C sells it back to the club for a pound, then the club sells it to Mr Cs lad for a £100 million. Think if we win the case, this will become an annual event.
