zero faith in the stir apparently saying tomorrow

anyone know what's happening in the Derby case ?

It was mooted that both ours and theirs would be given at the same, time god knows why?

They haven't said that have they? Thought all they had said was it doesn't necessarily have to be a decision made Monday-Friday.

bad info again then

Who knows. Wouldn't surprise me if they tried to sneak it under the carpet by announcing it at 6pm on Sunday when the Premier League-centric football media are concentrating on the final moments of the PL season.

Without the EFL Barnsley would have been relegated, perhaps if they bad mouth enough teams they may get promoted next season.

Take their statement in isolation. Let's say it came from somewhere but Barnsley. What's wrong with it?

Sorry if this has already been posted from Alex Miller on Twitter

Spoke to the EFL earlier: still no update. Told any decision could in theory arrive over the weekend - it's not a case that they shut up shop until Monday - but they haven't yet been given an indication of time frame. Still all in the hands of the independent commission. #SWFC

Barnsley may well get a change to the system- in the form of fewer restrictions in future. Will their mega rich owners then splash the cash? I personally doubt it.

They’re absolutely spot on.

The EFL should also fetch in a rule to prevent the Moore situation occurring again.

Potential points deductions for breach of contract between 2 EFL clubs or, prize money transferred directly to the club with monies owed.

Barnsley haven't received a penny yet from Wigan for Moore. Shocking

Is it the payment for Moore that has not been made?

The statement they made as below references Wigan in an ownership 'that failed in their duty to provide the requisite support to their respective Championship organisation'.

and then goes on to state, 'Another competitor has yet to pay a transfer fee to Barnsley'.

Barnsley fan at work said they sold a player to Hull that might not have been paid for.
