Its not done Leeds any harm. Or Sheffield United. I definitely think that as a club we would have been stronger today for it. And I think our fans would have appreciated seeing young lads coming through from the academy. I know weve all enjoyed seeing the progress of the likes of Alex hunt. I think we'd have also seen progress from the likes of George Hirst too - he'd have certainly been out on loan a couple of years ago and playing first team football by now. So yes (is the short answer). I think the steady progress made would have kept the fans off his back. I completely and utterly disagree. No offence. Pablo Bonvin
What he probably means is that there’s not likely to be no decision not being made today even though it’s likely that there will be but probably not.

I'd assume he's just missed out the word 'no' which in this case is a pretty key one.

Pablo Bonvin
Once the anticipation of the 500th page of the thread is gone, I don’t know what I’m going to do with myself. FFS a Sunderland fan at work asked me if I knew anything about the hearing this morning.... As if. Edited July 20, 2020 by Pablo Bonvin

Not sure where the 2011 figure came from, we actually posted losses of £5.7m not a £15.7m profit. Overall trading deficit in trading for MM of £23.8m. He was done and had to get out, losing far too much for his wealth level.

True story On Saturday night I had to cancel a hotel booking in Majorca for Sept that I made in february. They refunded me £14 more than I'd paid for it because of the exchange rate. Thats a lot more than the interest I'd have got in a bank!

toppOwl
The sad thing is Wednesday night should be a fantastic evening of football with loads still to be decided, the "final" league table will be out just before 10pm but due to the clowns at the EFL we'll still have no clear idea who is to be relegated, what an absolute farce they are making of the competition.
