Fact is, the reckless spending of previously has forced this upon us because we've had our backs against the wall. Two transfer embargoes have come and gone which demonstrate that clearly and it's not out of the question that another is looming. I believe what I was told - other than that I’ve no idea why nothing’s been made public.
