If guilty, it’s at least 9 points for the actual breaking P&S rules - but they’re defo gonna tag some points on for aggravating circumstances. WalthamOwl
Surprised City have had their ban completely wiped out. Thought it would maybe have been reduced by a year.

If guilty they will dock up the maximum points possible. They won’t let us off with any less than 12 imo.
Bluesteel
Seen some suggesting the City case helps the likes of us. However the EFL and UEFA regs are different.

room0035
Man City getting off is not going to sit pretty with Chelsea - they basically did the same thing. No. We should suck it up and get on with our lives, and start to concentrate on winning on the field. All this legal stuff is frankly an embarrassment to our Club. By having to sell Hillsborough just to pretend we have made a minor profit in a single year should be embarrassment enough, but apparently we can stoop lower if we have to. I hope we don't go down the route of the Grubby Little Group of Clubs that either a) break the rules, and/or b) become the "see you in court" club.

Today is now a good day to release football news that you want to go under the radar..... Its a total p#ss take. If they arent guilt why do they still a 10 milion fine. Wonder how many brown envelopes were shuffled around for that outcome. Waste of time charging clubs it seems when the clubs have more clout than the governing bodies.

Dunno mate. We’ll find out when the ruling is announced. All I’m saying is, IF we are guilty, there’ll be extra points deducted because of the way we’ve tried to get out of the charges.

I'd have thought the opposite, significant mitigation if anything, considering the stadium sale was agreed with EFL, accounts initially signed off and embargo lifted.

I’ve telling me I rate Monk isn’t putting words in my mouth what is it. And if you can’t accept that the shambles that is SWFC isn’t down to just one man, you can’t have been following this club for the last 4 years or your blinkers must be welded on. Even on a weekend when we win you have to have another pop at him. Were you as vocal about his ineptitude at Xmas ? Please enlighten us all as to what kind of manager we can attract. Hughton thought it was beneath them. Even an out of work Steve McLaren turned us down. Bruce was in no rush to get here and as soon as a better offer came he was off. Maybe your a fan of Warnock, maybe we can prize him away from Boro. He’s doing a good job there. I’ve got to tread very carefully with my words when it comes to you? So here goes as but if I stop mid-post, it’s because I’m in A&E because I’ve stood on some very sharp glass I didn’t complain too much at Christmas because he was obviously doing a good job. Has as been already pointed out several times apparently by @dorian gray? The bad run we’re currently on started with Fletcher’s injury? Now I’m not going to argue the to$$ about that because it undoubtedly played a part? Now he was getting a tune out of his squad which has also been pointed out many times by some that it is a bang average squad. Why oh why though did he have to alienate the two best players in their respective positions, Westwood and Hutchinson who he had been selecting prior to Christmas. Playing Dawson and Pelupessy regularly sends you hurtling down the table as we saw under Jos. Granted things aren’t stable at the club, the Chairman deciding to take a low profile, the EFL charge and other things in general that are out of his control but I think having decided to use players like he did and get a tune out of them like he did, to just seemingly chuck it all away was wrong and is as much to blame for our current predicament as anything? I think I managed to succeed without treading on any glass but if you don’t see me on here a while you MAY have good idea where I MAY have gone?
