When was the last time you were down there?

This is the first time I've seen it in 20 years or so

Cannot believe how everything has gone!

Drive through maybe once a week it's recognisable now just the same as attercliffe

Sadly I suspect either party will appeal, unless an agreed financial penalty and suspended sentence pending further breach of financial irregularities. That would be a decent result for all parties, given there are so many grey areas in the case. I sense it's a bit of a legal minefield, that could become protracted, no party will want that.

Until furloughed I went through every day for many years and I won't lie, it's not pretty living for most from the young upwards.

I feel for those who have lived there for all their lives and were overtaken by how the area changed around them.

Exactly. If indeed we are found guilty there is only 1 person who deserves the blame and that is DC. Guilty and he needs to put the club up for sale ASAP.

Yeah. The toe rag who tried to spend his own money to get us promoted in exactly the same way as Wolves did.

Assume you will be one of the hundreds of billionaires queuing down Penistone road to throw money at us if he did leave.

What a bunch of fu**in hindsight hypocrites we've got in our 'fan' base. If he'd have pulled it off you'd be amongst all the others shouting his name from the rooftops.

Did Wolves end up selling their ground to the owner because they had messed up fo badly with FFP and then put it in to the wrong years accounts? Win or lose this case I want him out of the club.

Yep, and the fact that if they don't, it effectively leaves the door open for other clubs to do something similar, with regard to stadium sales.

Fine. Let them.

If they have assets in the form of their stadiums & can realise cash for re financing them, so be it.

Its about time the EFL stopped trying to impose their Socialist type dogma on Championship clubs.

The Prem's run like a business, Man Utd were purchased by the Glazer's using similar methodology, yet we are dictated to by an EFL committee whose members include a good many who have a vested interest in stopping the bigger clubs from advancing & utilising their wealth.

Don't forget also, that we sacrificed team improvements during Eric Taylor's tenure due to ground improvements while the Liverpool's & Tottenham's of this world enjoyed success due to this investment.

Is it so wrong we retrospectively reap the benefits from the investment in the stadium all these years on?

Not forced to mean a bad outcome.

The EFL need it done and dusted because it will cause them massive issues if it is still outstanding when clubs are relegated. They just need it finished .

What about Derby, or are they in the clear now

If they are, good luck to 'em. world keeps on turning ! UTO

He owns the club so I doubt he'll be taking any notice of anyone on here wanting him gone.
