If indeed we are found guilty there is only 1 person who deserves the blame and that is DC. Personally, I think the EFL have pinned a lot on winning this, so will be surprised if it doesn't end very badly for the club. That being said, 2020 has been so bonkers that anything could happen. Popular Post TrickyTrev Posted June 22, 2020 Popular Post Share Posted June 22, 2020 I don’t know the full ins and outs of this but if the club have put the stadium sale into a previous set of accounts, I just don’t see how we get out of this without a punishment. I do feel that it’s better to get it sorted this season rather than next, starting next season with a sizeable deduction will end the season before a ball is kicked. As for a deduction this season, we are currently 8 points above the bottom 3 but given how utterly dog s**te Barnsley, Luton, Boro, Hull, Charlton and Huddersfield are, I’d fancy our chances of staying up with a 9 point deduction, anything more though and I think we’d be in trouble. 10 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
