Below is their response, also an email address for those who may find it useful.... Hello, Thank you for your email. If you have any queries relating to your iFollow subscription, if for any future fixtures you require technical support, or if you wish to request a refund, you will need to contact our partners Endeavor who operate the iFollow system on behalf of the EFL. To resolve any subscription issues they have a dedicated specialist support team you can reach via the live chat tool available on the home page of your club’s website (please accept cookies first). This is the quickest way to resolve any issues ahead of the fixture, on match-days. The live chat service will be available from two hours before kick-off. Yeah you will get a full refund and a new Season ticket free of charge once we are back in the Premier so long as you get a season ticket prior to that season. I have UK version of IFollow, audio coverage of live matches etc. Not had any problems with video content before but this season I find I can't acces full match replays on my laptop. No problem with highlight videos. Strangely enough I can access the full match videos on my phone through the new Ifollow app. I have emailed IFollow about this but who knows how long (or even if) before I get an answer. Just wondered if anyone else has the same problem or, as I'm not the brightest when it comes to anyhing IT related, am I missing something? I I got a response from iFollow regarding full match replays.
