I'm not entirely convinced we won't see something similar at Wednesday tbh, even if we do retain our Championship status. I suppose the one positive for us is we have quite a few players out of contract and that will allow us bring down the wage bill quite a bit. It will be the cleaner who gets the chop first, not the under performing number 7 on x amount a week. Will English football learn anything long-term from his crisis? Er, no.
