Unfortunately as we have seen Monk is too stubborn to admit when he get it wrong.

 

Dawson's a nice lad but he is not a championship goal keeper yet, too many mistakes, distribution is poor and does not command his defence.

 

Wildsmith plays once against the champions of England does really well then Dawson's back in concede 5 at Brentford.

 

what's the saying 'your only as good as your last game' I don't expect Dawson to start after conceding 5 but he will, because Monk has his favourites and likes players who tow the line.
