Not quite but it was a question not a statement and you didn't answer.  By what you have been posting that seems to be where you are coming from.

I've never in all my time of running this football forum ever ever EVER heard anyone say that man management in football management is irrelevant

Mind bending stuff

I'm glad you're here.  My Furlough hasn't come through. You promised me you'd make up the 20% too.

I hope you haven't spent Government money on new camera equipment and kebabs Hargreaves?

KEBABS COME BEFORE BASIC HUMANITY

EVERY TIME

Stubbs warned me about this.  He facechatted me from the Nuns.

Said he'd heard there might be redundancies.

I told him not to worry. That you wouldn't dispense with your top posters.

That it would be a last in first out situation.

Then he pointed out to me that all the post rating totals had been wiped.

Bringing us all down to a level playing field.

Now I'm on a par with a spambot.

I told him we should go on a neg rampage to restore some order.

Then he pointed out the neg armoury had been shut.

You're a twisted man Hargeaves. Twisted.

I know how this goes. You'll interview us for our own jobs and I'll be replaced with someone cheaper. Past reputation points will mean nothing.

Facist!

Where did I say that man management is irrelevant?  Not said that all.

The readers can make their own minds up having read what you've been posting to be fair.

Well they are not going to read that man management is irrelevant because I never said it.  I said that results and performance of the team are more important.  Can you disagree with that?

It's absolute fact whichever way you look at it mate.

The squad he left us with, and every other aspect of the club was far worse off than what was left by Big Ron

You're just applying your happy memories to the facts and trying to say forget the facts remember the nice stuff

The facts all point to Sheffield Wednesday being way worse off on the day Francis was sacked, then the day he took the reigns

So like 95% of every football manager ever

YES!

My point still stands though mate

Francis left the club in a way way worse position than the day he took on the managers job

He hit its peak whilst he was there though, you could argue that Arsene Wenger was a total failure at Arsenal using your logic.
