Jacob Murphy on Sheffield Wednesday struggling at home

"Teams come to us and sit back a bit more, apart from the Blackburn game.

"It’s up to us to try and break teams down, we are probably more potent on the counter attack.

"If we are not getting an early goal then jitters start playing a part. We need to park that, and just focus on the game. Stay in the game and we know we have a good chance."

0-5, 0-3 and 1-3 within our last 5 home league games. Imagine if these teams stopped sitting back and attacked us.

I honestly still think Hillsbrough can make or break some players.  It takes a certain kind of player to succeed there.

Ha ha! Yep in 15 home games under Monk we've scored 2 goals in the first half, the opposites have scored 12.

It's a shame away teams don't come out and attack us from the start.

Thought this thread was going to be about players stopping in at home due to covid 19.

I think it is 16 home games and I posted a stat recently that said we had not scored a counter-attack goal this season so deeming us as an effective counter-attack team is either bizarre, shows we are one-dimensional and easy to stop, especially at home, or a bit of both.

Ha ha imagine if teams actually did attack us Jacob. Stats show it’s a load of rubbish.

Christ's sake don't encourage em to do that. They'd be 250-0 declared by the end..
