Humphreys, Palmer (Carlton's son) could be in the squad.  Did United Legend Geary come through the ranks?

Reeves...jesus. I remembered that blonde haired lad.

The fact hat we’d struggle to come up with a side that’d threaten in league one is an embarrassment tbh

Since I’ve been going (1992) I can only really think of Pressman who was top flight standard

Hyde could hold his own in the top flight as could jones and you must have seen shirtliff certainly been threadbare since though.

Pathetic really.

Pressman, Sterland, Smith, Shirtcliff and Hyde were all very good players who played at top level. It's last 20 years where we've not been great bringing young uns through.

Can’t really remember Shirtliff, I think he left the season after the cup finals iirc

Ryan Jones deserves better than he is getting here. the guys short career at Wednesday before his injury was phenomenal. Look at his stats from 93 94 - This is incredible stuff for a young Sheffielder in the top league in his first season...

Ignore QPR that was season before

27 matches

14 wins

11 draws

2 defeats

6 goals from midfield

I always think he is unfairly overlooked

Give over.....Mark Smith was close to England standard and named by Liam Brady as his most difficult opponent.

Peter Shirtcliff would get on most Prem teams of today

Mel Sterland was an international and won honours at Rangers

Carl Shutt won the league with Leeds
