darra
Listening to the radio this morning if the take over of Newcastle goes through which is likely this time there's a good chance that Bruce some said a very good chance will be out of a job. Question is would you take him back? I'm not sure.

Pablo Bonvin
I’d have him back too. And he could take his dog for a walk with S36 Owl so it would be a win win for all.
wiggy
Might be a good manager. But why would anyone take him back so he can shaft us again when his head next got turned? 2
Striggy
I assume that this is a theoretical question as we already have a manager. Though Monk could be sacked or quit by the time he walks his dog back down the A1. I wouldn't to be honest, showed his colours. trev
Yes I'd take him back. Good manager with a good eye for a player.
lanzaroteowl
It would take a lot of eating humble pie on his behalf and swallowing a lot of hurt pride on ours. But we would have been top six if he hadn't left.
Dutch McLovin
Cant be trusted and you shouldn't go back but in our current predicament I would take him back in a heartbeat. Just make sure there is a release clause in his contract that covers if he walks or if someone comes in for him and its not negotiable !!!!!!! Blatter
Imagine this. Bruce gets fired. Chansiri fires Monk and takes Bruce back as manager. Three months later a struggling Premier League club fire manager. Bruce walks out on Owls to go to the club he always wanted to manage. Everyone calls Chansiri an idiot. So no it could never happen. robowl4life
DC would never take him back. Wouldn’t want him anyway the fat s.lag.
Ellis Rimmer
It would be very embarrassing to sack monk to get him then he would leave us again when another club bats an eyelid so it's a definite no for me

Strings
It's a no from me, he can't be trusted and as much as he is a decent manager we fans and the club deserve a better caliber of person. I don't think DC would have him back as his culture is big on honour and Bruce showed him he none.
matt68owls
definitely, he brought in a couple of good players at the start of the season and we received one of our highest ever transfer fees for him.
Ian_D
Nope, the time has passed. Never go back, a lesson everyone should learn.

Chansiri starts to operate a manager trading scam in collusion with Bruce’s agent.
