I don't think it was an obsession more that he could see that seating was the future and very few clubs since then have knocked  down a terrace and replaced it with another one …….Hillsboro in the 60/70/80/90s was one of the best stadiums in the country which is why it got so many top games . maybe taylor can be criticised on the playing front but ground development I think not .

I beg to disagree. Killed the atmosphere as well. Was not thought through properly but thats just my opinion for what its worth.
