swfc1983 3,025
Interesting this can only be good news toward the club charge?
Minton 3,799
Points deduction eh? Chansiri guilty of dodgy dealings. 21 points for sure according to some here. Bet there are a red faces now.

Night King 1,956
What’s this mean in regards to the FFP charges?
erickpottsfc 305
If the EFL have dropped all charges how come the Club will continue to defend all charges?

Bet there are a red faces now. Not really, they have only dropped so.e of the charges and we still have a hearing to go through yet, to think this is over is very naive to say the least. The Batman 6,492
The EFL has written to the Club and informed it that the EFL has dropped all of the charges it issued against Mr Chansiri, Ms Meire and Mr Redgate on 14 November 2019. Each of the individuals considers this a vindication of their defence of the charges. In the Club’s view this decision is a recognition of the strength of the evidence that the Club has filed before league arbitration panels, which demonstrated that there was no proper basis for the charges. The charges against the Club will proceed to a hearing and the Club will continue to vigorously defend those charges. No further comment will be made at this stage.
0114 4,318
Not much has changed then apart from individual charges against Chansiri, Miere & Redgrave?
Kagoshimaowl 3,233
Excellent news. They will still try to do us but hopefully it will be a lot less now even if we are found guilty.
Elvin Parsnip 1,097
Don’t mess with Mr C .... especially now tinned food is worth its weight in gold ( I’m well aware he is a small shareholder in TUF before anyone starts ... it’s just a joke)

The Batman 6,492
So does it mean they're dropping the bit about dodgy accountancy? Date of sale etc But going ahead with the FFP part about the overvalued stadium sale?
mkowl 17,052
So as the arbitration process been concluded so that the EFL can take forward the charges or do we think that is still ongoing

mogbad 5,491
So presumably the arbitration panel has decided that the club has a case to answer.
No Uniform 543
I have a feeling that a deal has been agreed between the EFL and Chansiri. Clearly we have not won arbitration, otherwise it wouldn't be going to a hearing.
S63 Owl 630
Hopefully EFL have got other things to focus on right now and drop charges against the club too
