Or just saying ‘no more money’

You can't effectively run a team if the manager doesn't have a backroom coaching staff.

No other club in the world does it.

If DC can't even provide the club with coaching staff, he's not a fit and proper person to be in control in my view.

Ridiculous state of affairs.

The CEO should step in and sort it out

What other successful club in the world doesn't have a CEO ?

The whole thing is embarrassing and incompetent.

It's like someone compiled a list of the top 10 ways to damage a club for years, and we went all in on the whole 10.

Crazy.

makes you wonder how literally every single other club manages doesnt it?

I haven't seen many bring in coaches mid season from other clubs. They might bring in an out of work manager and his staff, but they are free agents.

We brought in 3 coaches for Bruce, plus a highly rated fitness coach in the close season. Not exactly refusing to sign staff is it?

I don’t think it’s a case of finances not allowing it, at all

This notion Chansiri is skint is absolutely insane, wish he was because I suspect we’re gonna get dropped like a stone without a care for what ££ has been lost

This isn't me saying it. It's the whole of football.

Keep making excuses for his incompetence though.

Does it not all impact? and  if not, are we not talking about wages and compo for staff that would directly impact FFP?

From my (limited) reading on FFP spending on the Stadium and Training facilities are not included.
I think some people point to the fact that not a lot has been spent on these lately to indicate the money has dried up.
Not sure if this is true or not myself.

Bruce and his coaches ran for the hills at the first opportunity.

Our season imploded. The coaches haven't been replaced.

Which part of you can't run a successful club without coaches are you struggling with ?

Strange how people can still back DC still after more and more crap served up after each season.

The only space we haven't filled with a coach is the assistant role, which Bullen is occupying. We promoted from the academy staff and moved folk around.

There is a difference between not having coaches and not having the coaches Monk wants.

But didn't Chansiri say from day one, that no money would be spent on the ground until we got Prem status. I am led to believe the training ground has had some dough spent on it.

Bruce went to his boyhood team, hardly running for the hills.

I agree, the coaches haven't been replaced though.

I think the training ground has had some money spent on it but nothing significant.
If we are serious about getting the Premier League and stopping there we need a good infrastructure at the club.

IMO the idea was to get promoted and then look to move grounds.
