Nottingham Forest owner has Coronavirus

Recommended Posts

The game must go ahead.

If all their players have got corona virus when we play them there's an outside chance we might get a draw. Long shot obviously.

More bad new I'm afraid. The chief government health officer has said the virus doesn't survive for long outdoors so there is little point in making football matches be played behind closed doors. Sorry to be the bearer of bad tidings.

We probably should say that we hope he's areyt.

Looking at the size of him he could end up needing hospital treatment

So the fans don't mix in pubs, concourses, packed toilet queues?

Government Chief Medical Officers probably never go near football matches. Expecting joined up thinking is a bit unrealistic.

Be interesting to see how this is handled.

I hope he's ok, obviously.

But, it's well known that footballers socialise with peers from other teams so this could quite easily spread throughout the entire football league.

It won't be behind closed doors - it'll just be off. Players who met him will have to self isolate.

Clearly. If he's met with players, staff, officials or anyone with connections to them, it will be off. Too much of a risk.

We could still attend the ground, take a few tinnies with us and have a good p1ss up. Well have attended Hillsborough, got smashed and left without losing. Win win.

lol
