Yeah. Seems to have dug into Paxo. Embarrassing a proper journalist hasn’t had the effort to dig into this. Clearly something strange going on.

You'll not see the truth in the Stir, as there is a risk they could be taken to court.

Monk has played an absolutely blinder in distracting everybody from his inexcusable and abysmal performance as our manager.

We’ve got people discussing tweets from 2016

You keep on believing Monk is the real issue at the club...

You're wrong but you keep on thinking that if it makes you happy

lol

All dated 2016 so what relevance it has to our predicament todays seems unclear.

Would be nice to see at timeline and if any any of the posts have evidence behind them.

The final tweet called it bang on , even though it was 2016. It predicted this mess.

Well if you read till the end it says that the club will be in the doo doo if the cash injection stops , so I’d say very relevant to the current situation

I can't see that post take your word for it, but I thought it would be obvious that if we don't get cash injections then we would poo creek that can't be a massive surprise.

This tweeter seems to know how to dig into things and I do see a lot of his tweets seems a good guy. (Quid a Kid etc )

That’s not what I’m saying.

He is one of the issues. Of course there are bigger ones off the field.

Problem is all the anti-DC brigade (who are all funnily enough resurfacing on here now, not when we were doing well) are getting completely distracted from how Monk is ‘managing’ us.

You’re being suckered in by an awful manager to distract you from his own performance.

So much so that you assume - wrongly - that I think Monk is the biggest overall issue.

Have they been left penniless?

I'm not being suckered in by anything

Monk's said time and time again after games that he bears 100% responsibility for results

He's also hinted very strongly indeed that things aren't right at the club

Nothing a soak in't bath won't fix.

There's a strange lot here that think we'll be fine if Monk is sacked and WEST/HUTCH are reinstated immediately.  It beggars belief.

I know

To be fair though we get this a lot at Sheffield Wednesday. Fans believe that just putting things back in place that were here before solves all problems

Megson back, Carlos back, Westwood back, Hutch back etc etc

You never really see anyone looking forward or suggesting a new approach or a new person - it's always clutching at previous straws that have failed us before

I don't slate fans for it, it's simply clutching for familiarity that they believe will make things all ok again

It won't, and I don't believe that they really believe that anyway, but it's what they say/post to reassure themselves somehow when things are bad

I think a lot of people just think Sam Hutchinson is a better footballer than Joey Pelupessy.

So is Waddle

Same chance of Waddle playing for us again as Hutchinson now so it's all pretty irrelevant in the big scheme of things

Fans need to move on as Hutch has gone and won't be back
