striker Posted March 7, 2020 Share Posted March 7, 2020 Easy to dissect every word and read into things which aren't necessarily accurate, but I did think Monk's comments about culture were interesting. I dont think a couple of players is the whole story, if that was the case we could terminate contracts. Culture comes from the top down and seemed quite sure changes were planned. I think if we'd been sold it would have leaked out, but wouldn't surprise me if, once the EFL arbitration concluded and the season finished, DC announced an intention to sell. It’s like when Carlos told us he’d tell us the problem with Sheffield Wednesday at the end of the season. He left before he could. The whole club is a mystery and I’m bored of it. I'm sure he's thinking about this. Just look at his past record on financial dealings with the Club and you know it makes sense. Whenever I've gotten promoted I've realised that my previous bosses knew little and just bumbled along.. Their total lack of any kind of motivation or hunger tends to suggest they all know something has happened.
