Coventry away in 2000 sticks out to me

Lost 4-1 and the spineless way we gave our premiership existence up in that game was unforgivable

First time ever I can remember the chant of your not fit to wear the shirt

8-0 at Newcastle and they didn’t Sack Wilson

That was grim, but the officials and most of English football were against us that day (Saint Bobby Robson's home debut as manager)... and we were the better side for the first 20 minutes. Not that we weren't rubbish...

From afar the this season is looking a lot like Wilson's tenure - is Peter Shreeves still available?

There is a weird similarity to that situation today.

6-0 at Reading midweek match. We were shocking that night.

That was dreadful. At least the weather was half-decent. My dominant memory of that night was McMahon,  Spurr and co huddling to watch all the goals on the big screen at full time...

The 4-0 away loss to Colchester that saw Sturrock sacked was my worst.

And then on dual carriageway flipping Hartlepool what a shithole and surprisingly full of Danny Dyer types.

Loosing 4-0 to Cambridge in the FA Cup years ago. It was a bast4rd place to get to . Exeter, 1-5, got stuck in the snow driving back down to Penzance. Those two stand out but there’s been plenty.

Set off at 8am and just got home.

346 miles round trip and the players put in a performance like that. Disgraceful

8-0 away at Boro in 73/74. We were lucky to get nil!

Wasn't the only time we conceded 8 that season either.
