toppOwl
So we are definitely getting a deduction of anywhere between 9 and 25 points and thats before the independent panel has even sat in judgement, strange.

matthefish2002
I see Chansiri as similar (but not as extreme) as Peter Risdale at Leeds 20 years ago, gambled heavily on success delivered a Champions League Semi final but the meltdown afterwards was nowhere near worth it. It's a form of being institutionalised. You look on other club's forums & it's somehow different round here. Accept their fate, "rules is rules". Someone who comes along like DC, gives it a go but fails, is demonised more than someone who doesn't even try. Look at the comparison between Milan & DC. Milan is idolised (quite rightly), for basically not doing anything than babysitting us & spending nothing. Dc spends millions, it doesn't pan out & is slaughtered. It's not the Wild West FFS What's the point in authority if you ain't gonna follow it? I think the rules are daft but they're there, we knew about them, and then we broke them anyway in the most roundabout way possible. And besides, even if you don't count this debacle, there's still loads he could've been pulled up for in the past e.g. Fake sponsors etc. Mismanagement, poor planning and lack of leadership has led this club into a nightmare. Time to face up to it and rebuild.
Dutch McLovin
If we sack monk now and get someone in would be better to get it this season and have a chance of survival... that's assuming its 12 points. Would leave us 2 points off safety ! But the way were in freefall at the moment us not sacking monk is only making things worse for now and the future ! Why wasn't he 'pulled up' for fake sponsors?
