Hunger and enthusiasm alone, won’t bring us goals, as we’ve seen If we have to rely on Paterson, Windass and Kachunga for goals, lawd help us We need a serious injection of quality. Whether Zohore is that, I’m not sure, but he’s better than any of those other misfits

Come on mate get with the programme. We no longer need fancy dans, has beens and bad apples. Hungry and young is the way to go.  And we don’t need one of them 20 goal a season strikers.  Much better have the type that run about a lot but don’t score many.

No body is saying we don't need quality but the attitude and commitment needs to be right too. We've had enough players who've found reasons to be injured when the going gets tough.

Possibly, though with Zohore, we are getting a player who has been with two sides who have recently won promotion to the top flight. Dunkley on the other hand has spent his whole career in and out of struggling teams

Apart from the promotion bit

Just think we've been very prudent with our transfer business lately but I don't think Zahore has that hunger to come just for the football alone or the enthusiasm that recent signings have shown, it's more of I'll come if the moneys right and we've had enough of those.

Not sure that would be the case with a loan? He would likely get paid his full salary anyway but it’s how much of that we pay and whether WBA are willing to let him go.

Who was the last 20goal a season striker we had? Steve mclean?

Tottenham Hotspur would be ‘happy’ to let Cameron Carter-Vickers leave the club on a permanent deal, as per The Athletic.

The centre-back has been linked with Championship duo AFC Bournemouth and Luton Town and could leave Spurs before the end of the transfer window on Friday.

Fantastic bit of business from Udders there. Massive profit on a young player they signed less than a year ago.

Couldn’t agree more. Commanding CB with championship experience for free, likely on less than the other 4 CB’s hardly seems like bad business just because he takes a few months to recover.

When did you last see him play well and why has he not played for 10months?

Dunkley as been training from day one zohore hasn't been on the park for around a month

Dunkley had pins removed from leg less than two weeks ago, this was said by Monk and he added hoped to start training with team in a week or so.. Training he could have done with pins in leg is limited. The images of him kicking ball I think were publicity shot when first signed. When you look at team training videos of which their have been quite a few can you find him on any of them? I looked and could not see him. He has not yet played for U/23s at this point which indicates still few weeks away..
