However in modern football the pace is so high also needs to be directing the defence something hi dose very little off. Managers need to be able to deal with difficult personalities all the time without dropping the player. Sorry I am completely baffled by Monks decisions and formations as it dose not suit the players he has. On top of that he has started putting square pegs in round holes all the time. Why? Wednesday don’t seem to acquire players with a team in mind rather just individuals. We need players that suit one another not just talented individuals. Lost faith in Monk as a result. Very sad.
