Bring Megson In Until The End Of The Seaon.

Recommended Posts

He won't move from Sheffield no matter what. He'd drive to a job if he wanted  to. He's been offered jobs in the UK and all over the world. He doesn't need to work so until his perfect job becomes available he's fine with it. Wednesday through and through.

I'm not joining the Grammer Police...

"is ready" should be in lower case

garymegson

Thank fizz for that.

1. Grammar

2. Upper Case is fine in this instance.

He's very B grade. B/B minus. Far from ideal. But yes. Better than the status quo.

Especially because one of them is dead.

He would come in and quickly assume the same thing Monk did - some players are only interested when it suits them. Anyway game has moved on from Megson but If I was Monk I would bring him in for a pre match rant and let him off the leash :)

Grammar Police is the name of an organisation, of which I'll never be admitted, but I think you can capitalise names of organisations, like for instance:

Sheffield Wednesday

garymegsongarymegsongarymegson

Anyway, The Cult of Megson would prefer "HE is ready" on any Megson propaganda which is distributed during this seasons winter crisis.

Yeah. I've so missed being thrashed by Stevenage.

If, before each season we could choose a couple of games a season that we will totally c0ck up, most people choose top teams like WBA. In reality we are more likely to dip in style to a club like Stevenage. With Megson those games were in the minority though, otherwise the players get taken up the back of the Kop!

Did the guy doing the halftime draw call in sick? Our fans are more backwards looking than Barry Bannans positional play.

... Stevenage was a blip, we are now in a massive hole

Going in to what turned out to be his last game in charge, we had won only 2 of 10 games, including successive defeats against Blackpool, Exeter, Stevenage and Chesterfield.

Admirable ambition.

Sit on your lard-encroached arse, not learning or improving, not challenging yourself, waiting for the job you think you're holy ordained for.

Hard pass.

Megson is only the answer if the question is who dont you want as next manager of Sheffield Wednesday.

Yeah.....why not go for another useless manager and one who hasn’t worked for years?.......makes sense

Would be delighted if he came in as a director of football or as monks assistant. Dc needs a strong willed character to guide him in the right direction and monk could probably use an enforcer to kick the players into line.

Not really blaming bully, but sometimes you need to change /freshen up the backroom staff, even if its to rearage the position of the cones lol

the sentimentality that some of us have is beyond belief.. its like a rousing applause for some thrower who comes back to S6 with an opposing team. a genuine club legend would be deserving of such; someone who lives and breathes wednesday. not fecking jack hunt ffs.

people need to stop looking backwards with their blue & white glasses on.
