Seems to have a trial and error approach to most areas on the pitch at present. Iorfa and Borner were working very well together, seem to complement each other and can both play a bit. Nothing too fancy, but generally found a midfield man. Then we lost Loovens then came Jos whose style of football has left a long lasting effect on Tom Lees.
