Wednesday - Millwall OMDT

Recommended Posts

Sometimes days like today can turn out really well...players have had a bit of a roasting and if they’ve anything about them they’ll wanna show the fans they are up for this. Seen it before at Hillsborough where the crowd are a bit angry and it almost pulls everyone together in a weird way. Millwall could be in for a tough afternoon if Wednesday set off well... obviously the reverse is Wednesday set off flat, Millwall get a goal to hang onto then the fan’s anger has the opposite effect and the players who aren’t up for it go hiding! I hope it’s the former...

I remember how versatile my Head bag was. Security at the airport were onto them as they  checked the zipper which connected the boot bag section.

Hope the new lad Ferando gets a run out....

we may even win one at home this month.

BTW happy birthday to me. Setting off soon as going down to have lunch with daughters before the game. Maybe a different routine is all we need....

Happy Birthday Lombers!

Hopefully a win to enhance the celebrations.

What at you having for lunch by the way?

I've just had a crumpet and I've half a mind the butter was just on the turn.

Warburtons I hope? Others don’t really compare.

And what’s the difference between a pikelet and a crumpet? My mum always called them pikelets and I’m not sure why......

Crumpets are cooked in a ring set so they get more of a conformed consistency of shape.  Pikelets are flatter more like a parties and that's why you get a bit more of a rougher shape with them.

Two fantastic words though.

Thanks Snoots.

And then there’s oatcakes as well. I’m salivating now.

In times like this we all need to make sacrifices.....UTO

Like any new regime it has to be sustainable in the long term so I wouldn’t recommend any drastic changes all at once. Maybe add a couple of sausages to the eggs and bacon if you want to mix it up, see how that goes.....

Ha my daughter asked me the same question the other day... pikelets are thinner versions of a crumpet I think... that or children of the travelling community
