10 year season tickets!

This is ridiculous, and very few people will buy it, maybe more than the ONE person who bought the £1867 thing.

It works out at just under £20 a game in the Kop and above £24 a game in the North stand over 10 years. That’s about what the prices were for POTG before Mr Chansiri put them up, so I’m not at all tempted by this, I’d expect a more significant saving for a 10 year commitment, just another desperate scheme that they know very few people will be sold by to get some quick cash in for a transfer window.

It lasts at least 15 years.

That's why it's called a 10 year season ticket.

Kop - £4,550
North/Grandstand - £5,550
South Stand - £6,400

Can I sell my seat back to the club for resale?

If you are unable to use your ticket, you can sell the respective year back to the club and we can sell on the seat. This will carry an administration fee depending on the area of the ground and the number of tickets sold back. Whilst in the Championship the price would be based on a 10th of the fee paid (eg £4,550/10 = £455) and in the Premier League, the cost will depend on the price at that time.

I like how one of the FAQs is "What if I die before the end of the ticket?"

I'd actually be interested in this, I'll have a season ticket anyway (until I die!) but I've still got 4 years to go on a 5 year ST and it doesn't say anything about that. The main drawback is if you pay for a 10 year ticket at the current extortionate prices (aside from the ludicrous POTG cost, my ST costs 40% a year more than it did before Chansiri arrived), and then Chansiri sells to an owner who reduces the ticket prices to normal levels.

But as I understand it you get a minimum 15 years - so why the feck are they marketing it as a 10 year ticket?!

Knowing my luck one of two things would happen:

1) We never get promoted.

2) We get promoted in the same season that the Premier League enforces a cap of £200 for a season ticket, and DC says any money paid is non-refundable.
