The city isn’t exactly flush with cash looking at the state of the city centre for starters. It could I’ll afford to throw money away yet that’s what it’s been forced to do trying to justify something which was blatantly ridiculous in the first place. Absolutely...You simply have to apply to the council...provide them with a DBS check....When they reply, the season will be over and you will find you p*ssed in a doorway in 1976... You then appeal.... The appeal will be subject to you providing a photo of yourself as you looked in 1976...(Try and provide one without yer to* dger hanging out) The court of appeal will then call you before 12 just men and true (All Blades fans)..............
