In fairness to the Brighton forum, someone said on there that they'd some sympathy with us because we'd been promised the earth by a bloke who knew nothing about football.

Which is true.

They, and the likes of the Blades, have got where they are because of sound managerial appointments, when we brought in Coco and Loss.

And all this massive cobblers gets on my bristols too.

The joke is that we all know exactly where we stand, and massive we ain't.

Few clubs in the country have been worse run than this one.

Classless nothing club, similar to our neighbour's at the stain.

Their attempt at a ( insert Motorway from there to Sheffield ) derby is amusing.

It started when they reacted badly to the massive joke before and after when we beat them on opening day circa 2013.

If we had a problem with every club that said something shitty about us on a forum or social media we could hate every club in the football pyramid.
every club you play some fans will have a dig just like our fans do on here.
not got a problem with brighton, one of the brightest young managers in the game, a great prospect up front in Maupay ( even bough he was crap today) and certainly a clued up owner with plenty of money who isn’t spunking it away.
but for today fizz off brighton lol

That headband and Jimmy Melia’s ridiculous white shoes!

Just the thought of that headband makes me feel queasy.

Brilliant win that. Let’s hope we have turned a corner and carry on where we left off today against Leeds.

Leeds will be a totally different kind of game. Like the FA Cup. So ok then.

Genuinely, Brighton are one of those teams I have no feelings for either way. They are a very vanilla club, so I’m surprised at the vitriol from what I imagine is, to be fair, a minority of their fan base.

All down to me.

Don’t miss many but bottled it today and stayed at home and we only go and win.

However what a fantastic, unexpected reward for the 2000 that made the trip and they deserve it.

Bad news, I am going to Leeds.

No offence but that can't happen now.

I'm going to have to send the lads round in the van.

You'll find the dungeon quite comfortable....until the end of the season.

A very good performance that.

Felt like we got a bit back to what we are good at today.

Controlled the game for large spells and limited them to very few chances.

Weren't exactly dynamic going forward, but we were much better than Brighton.

I love how every report gets in the fact that Brighton made 7 changes ...................... not one ( that i've seen that is ) mentions that we made 6 and had a debutant teen in the side
